Meet the Team
Mary Ann started working in real estate in 2001in Conroe. She achieved the award of "Rookie of the Year" in 2000 and has remained a top producing agent since. She joined the Marion Franke Team in July of 2008 and eventually joined our listing team.

About Mary Ann:
Mary Ann has lived in Montgomery County for more than eleven years with her husband Paul. Her love of people and knowledge of this wonderful and growing county influenced her to pursue a career in real estate. After completing courses at Champions School of Real Estate, she joined Keller Williams Realty. Mary Ann was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award in 2000 and continues to be one of the top producers in the Lake Conroe area. She volunteers for various charity events, and is a member of Beta Sigma Phi, a social and service women’s sorority.
For many years Mary Ann has worked as both a listing and buyer’s agent. Recently she has joined the Marion Franke Team's listing division. Mary Ann loves to work closely with clients and listens carefully to what they want and need in real estate. She is dedicated to her clients and works tirelessly to do everything in her power to sell their home. Many of her clients are repeat clients or referrals - this trust is the best recommendation that an agent can earn.
Mary Ann takes great pride in her wonderful family and is so thankful that they all live within the Houston area. She and Paul have two daughters and son-in-laws, Holly and John Williams and Casey and Jamie Georgi, and a son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Courtney Cluxton. Mary Ann and Paul (Mimi and Papa) also have five beautiful grandchildren: Macaylie, 5; Hayden, 3; Doran, 3; Reiss, 2; and Easton, 11 months.
Mary Ann feels truly blessed to be able to live, love, be surrounded by family, and work in the best place in the world - Montgomery County!
