Marion is a real estate veteran, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She was the first person to bring the team concept to the Montgomery County area, and has taken the business to levels that nobody else in the industry has been able to reach.

About Marion:
Marion Franke grew up in Irving, TX with insight on the importance of family and dreams. With her love for helping others achieve their goals, she went on to major in elementary education at North Texas State University. She was later introduced to successful Realtor Joy Riley, who encouraged Marion to get her real estate license. In 1988 Marion moved to Montgomery County determined to start her own business and later joined Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe in 1995. Eventually Marion's team grew enough to fulfill one of her Real Estate dreams and in 2010, Marion opened her own Real Estate Brokerage! Over the years Marion Franke has grown to be the most recognizable name in Montgomery County and her team is consistently the highest producing Real Estate team in her market!

Marion does not limit herself to only helping people through real estate, but also embraces every chance to give back to the community. Outside of work Marion enjoys many family activities and is involved in several regular charitable events.

Real Estate Executive Magazine
In March of 2007, the Real Estate Executive Magazine decided to do a Cover Story on the Marion Franke Team titled: An Exceptional Agent and Leader Always Doing "the Right Thing". The article focused mainly on Marion's personal and professional background, as well as her introduction of the Team concept to the Montgomery County Real Estate industry.
The issue was a great success as partners in the industry lined up to show their support and offer personal testimonials of their own experiences with Marion and the team throughout the years. Copies of the cover story are available at the Marion Franke Team office and should soon be available online.
