The Marion Franke Team is excited to announce that after fifteen years with a national franchise, we have reached a level of production that has allowed us to take our business to the next level and become an independent broker office. Our award winning team will still be located in the same office complex located at 5452 Hwy 105 W, Suite 105, Conroe.
The National Association of Realtors reports that over 85% of buyers and sellers use the internet to search for properties for sale. For that reason, we have always invested a large portion of our advertising dollar and effort in both our team’s internet presence, and the maximum online exposure for our clients. Our recent move will only allow the team to continue to increase and improve on these efforts.
The Houston Business Journal recently named The Marion Franke Team in the 2010 Houston Business Journal’s Book of Lists as the ONLY Montgomery County Real Estate Team listed in the Top Ten for both number of sales and total dollar volume of sales. This is a huge honor and we would like to thank all of our clients and referral friends who have made this possible.
