The Marion Franke Team is excited to announce that after fifteen years with a national franchise, we have reached a level of production that has allowed us to take our business to the next level and become an independent broker office. Our award winning team will still be located in the same office complex located at 5452 Hwy 105 W, Suite 105, Conroe.
The National Association of Realtors reports that over 85% of buyers and sellers use the internet to search for properties for sale. For that reason, we have always invested a large portion of our advertising dollar and effort in both our team’s internet presence, and the maximum online exposure for our clients. Our recent move will only allow the team to continue to increase and improve on these efforts.
